CityPads is a housing investment and development company with a mission of making cities and neighborhoods better and more affordable. CityPads takes a consumer and resident centric approach to everything we do, from site selection, to design, construction, and operations. Our goal is to make the lives of our residents better within the neighborhoods we serve. We create much needed housing for the “missing middle”, renters earning between ~60-120% of AMI. Call it modern day, neighborhood centric, workforce housing. We call it the right kind of housing to invest in and create. CityPads is based in Chicago and Los Angeles and we’re passionate about creating much needed organically affordable rental housing both in and around Los Angeles and Chicago.
