Cityscape Counseling is an outpatient mental health practice situated conveniently in the heart of Chicago's loop/downtown area on Michigan Avenue as well as in Hinsdale. Our passionate staff are highly specialized in treating Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, Addictions, Adolescent Issues, relationship concerns and life transition struggles. We use mindfulness - informed and evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention and Radically Open DBT to ensure our patients make progress, meet their goals and achieve symptom improvement.
