MEET THE HOSTS… Q Ward is a Detroit native with 20+ years in entertainment, spanning roles in professional sports, film, TV, music, and philanthropy. He has lived and worked in 4 countries across 3 continents. Formerly the in-arena DJ for the Phoenix Suns, he’s a BMI-published songwriter, co-host of the nationally broadcast talk show Civic Cipher, co-founder of The Change Society 501(c)(3), and owner of Hip Hop Weekly media imprint.@iamqward on all social media. Ramses Ja is an award-winning broadcaster with over 20 years in radio and television. A celebrated DJ and media personality, he has been featured in various national media outlets. Ramses uses his platform to inspire Black and Brown youth and has won awards from the NAACP and The Black Philanthropy Initiative. He co-hosts Civic Cipher with Q Ward and hosts The Black Information Network Daily Podcast, interviewing Black journalists on national news.@ramsesja on all social media.
