As a joint venture between Grupo ZPar and executives from the financial markets, CIX Capital’s objective is to enhance real estate investment opportunities and its ramifications within the financial and capital markets. The company has generated long-term investment opportunities in several sectors of the real estate market, such as residential, distribution centers, commercial centers and office buildings, both in Brazil and the USA, with operations that total more than R$ 1.3 billion.
