Dr. Crystal J. Davis is the Founder and CEO of CJD Consulting Solutions, LLC, a certified EDWOSB, WOSB, MBE/WBE, and ByBlack-certified leadership development and consulting firm based in Kansas. She is a nationally recognized leadership expert, professional development trainer, executive coach, and ecosystem builder with nearly two decades of experience across corporate, nonprofit, education, and government sectors. Specializing in leadership development, strategic facilitation, entrepreneurial ecosystem building, and organizational transformation, Dr. Davis helps organizations unlock their potential through customized, equity-driven, and culturally responsive solutions.
