After many years' experience in the supplying of Catering Equipment, Commercial Kitchens Direct was formed in 2002 solely to supply and install extraction canopy & ventilation systems. We realised that the canopy system is a large part of the investment when setting up a new kitchen, especially now as Gas Interlocks and Air Input Systems are mandatory to the extract system. Therefore, we invested heavily in fabrication machinery and a skilled workforce who worked tirelessly to reduce our prices to achieve the final result - a COMPLIANT AND EFFICIENT EXTRACT SYSTEM! Through experience, improved efficiency and buying power we are able to supply high-quality extraction systems at a competitive price.
