Ckd Consulting

At the local, regional, national, and international level, CKD Consulting supports workforce reliability efforts by providing assistance with strategic planning and implementation of programs relating to candidate development, staff development and training, knowledge management, organizational culture and change management, environmental awareness, and efficient use of staffing available. Clients have included BAYWORK, West Valley Community College, JVS (a private non-profit agency), and the Department of Watershed Management of the City of Atlanta. As Chair of the International Water Association's Specialist Group on Sustainability in the Water Sector, Cheryl Davis, the Principal of CKD Consulting is active in promotion of sustainable use of water by industry, and in the development of a Global Guidebook on Workforce Sustainability.
