Clairvoyance Capital Advisors Pte. Ltd.(“Company”) is a private limited company incorporated in Singapore for the purpose of providing fund management services. The Company’s fund management services include investment advisory and portfolio management services to international private investment funds. The Company current manages approximately USD780 million in assets with the majority of it invested in Asian companies. The Company has a total of 30 employees and full-time consultants located in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and United States. Clairvoyance Capital Advisors Pte. Ltd- Taiwan Branch (“CCA Taiwan”) is a branch office of the Company. The branch office provides research and due diligence services to the Company. At the request of the Company, CCA Taiwan will perform due diligence and analysis on companies located in the Asia-Pacific region and globally. Our research approach uses detailed fundamental analysis and modeling in order to uncover the best investment opportunities globally.
