C.L.A.P is a holistic self- development centre for children, women and parents C.L.A.P uses the power of creative arts to foster self-expression, learn, heal, grow and develop personal effectiveness. The premise of C.L.A.P is metamorphosis. Breaking the old mould, ineffective patterns and evolving to find wings of rejuvenation. C.L.A.P is an empowerment lab with facilitators and experts from fields of yoga, theatre, board games, dance, creative arts, story- telling and counseling. At C.L.A.P, we ensure the overall development of a child with a focus on identifying each child’s unique potential and self- expression. The vertical for women and gender sensitization enables women to deal with key issues such as stress management, work-life balance, strengthening self-identity, mental and physical fitness through counseling, expressive art therapy and healing yoga. There are special offerings for parents on parenting reflections, counseling and overall wellbeing.
