Claremont BioSolutions is a KGI spin-out company that is privately held, emerging growth technology company specializing in miniaturized, disposable devices that provide solutions to what is recognized as the “bottleneck” of DNA diagnostics – sample preparation. The company has developed proprietary disposable devices which employ micro-motors to perform very efficient mechanical tissue homogenization, cell lysis, and nucleic acid purification.
