I’m Valerie and I’m an award-winning, international Career Coach. I help clients to take back control of their Life and their Career. By taking control and responsibility for my own career success, I found a career that plays to my strengths, energises me and has positively moved me forward. Over the years I have had many careers, and some that were more memorable than others, and not always for the right reasons! Valerie is credentialled by the International Coaching Federation, she is professionally trained, completes regular CPD and has carried out over hours of 1:1 coaching with clients. Clarence Consulting's signature programs for individuals and corporate clients are are: Take Control - A Career Coaching Programme – 4 sessions delivered 1:1 through Zoom. This includes discovering your values, strengths and skills, builds your confidence and helps you to devise a plan that will move you forward towards career success. Career Strategy Session – A 2hr session that will focus your heart and mind on what needs to change and equip you with strategies that will move you forward and includes a Strengths Profile. Interview Preparation – A 90-minute session that covers traditional and competency-based questions matched to the job spec. Focus will be given to content, structure, presentation, confidence and communication, leaving you well prepared to be successful at interview. For Corporate clients I offer: Know Yourself/Know Your Team 1-day programme. Providing Strengths Profiles for you, your team members and a Team Profile. This tool identifies team diversity and provides actions for growth and development. It’s also great fun! Triumphant Transitions – for new or newly promoted employees to help them triumphantly manage their new roles in their first 100 days.(This can also be delivered in a once off individual sessions.
