Clark Real Estate is a boutique Real Estate Agency, operating in the inner northern suburbs of Brisbane. Founded by the Clark family in 1994, the agency is now owned and operated by Mario and Annette Lattanzi (the daughter of John and Ruth Clark) and specialises in both Residential Sales and Property Management. We are advocates and specialists in a niche selling method known as the "Private Auction"(or alternatively known as a 'Silent Auction'), alongside the more traditional method of private treaty. We have earned our reputation as trusted negotiators by offering exceptional advice and service to generations of our clients.
