Clarks LLP was founded by Charles, Robert and John Clark on January 1, The core of our practice is business law. Among us, for over 160 years, we have served small and medium sized businesses, charitable institutions and not for profit organizations. We deal with all contractual matters, including business financing, acquisitions, sales, succession to the next generation, banking and employment matters. For our individual clients, we advise on estate and probate planning concerns and prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney for property and powers of attorney for care (sometimes called living wills). We assist in the administration of estates. We act on house purchases, sales and mortgages. Disputes with your business partners? Setting up a new business? Looking to sell? Changing banks?
