In partnership, we work synergistically as Coach, Mentor and Teacher, supporting the development of learning, formation and succession processes that are central to working communities' capacity for success. Our 'learning-community' based, professional development frameworks foster interdependent relationships that challenge and empower people to increase their capacity to improve, grow and be effective. The working background to the company spans 20 years and includes Teaching and Leadership in Schools within metropolitan, regional and remote locations of Western Australia, Professional Coaching and Mentoring, Trade industry experience and Youth work. We have extensive experience in the creation and leading of formation programs, trade-based engagement and multi-agency work-readiness programs. We partner with people and teams across many sectors including education, SME businesses, RTOs and industry trainers. The services we provide include consultancy services, Holistic Growth Frameworks and Professional Development Frameworks, Professional Growth Coaching for individuals and groups, Guest Speaking, Seminars and Workshops. Our associations provide professional backing, inform our approach and provide invaluable, like-minded communities to draw knowledge, resources and support from.
