The Classic Cuisine journey began in 1990 when we focused on producing high-quality meals for the home-shopping market. We then made the move into the food service industry, where we soon branched into hotels, high street branded restaurants and department stores. Soon after we moved to our current base in Northampton. From experimenting with flavours to brainstorming ideas, this is where the innovation takes place. Our talented team of chefs, culinary innovators and dish creators will work with you to develop dishes that wow. They use their experiences and skills to research the market and create an idea that will sell.
