Recently Acquired by Velocity Restorations, Classic Recreations is now headquartered out of the Velocity Restorations ft facility in Pensacola Florida. Each built-to-order vehicle takes approximately 2,500 man hours of meticulous coachbuilding. Every Classic Recreations Mustang comes with an official Shelby serial number and is listed in the official Shelby Worldwide Registry. All CR vehicles are handcrafted and built in-house with uncompromised precision and attention to detail. Each new Shelby GT begins with a classic Mustang – the base is an original 1965-1968 mustang body, which is stripped down to the bare bones. Everything on and under the car is fabricated in-house and built from scratch. To facilitate this process, CR utilizes dedicated buildings for metal fabrication, bodywork, paint, and assembly.
