Classico was established in Patras in 1979 by Gabriel Stavropoulos and through his clear stylistic vision, coupled with a deep understanding of his client’s needs he proved instantly popular with the discerning fashion savvy. However, this journey in shoe business has started back in 1925, when the owner's grandfather, Gabriel Apostolidis, relocated his fully equipped shoe industry from Russia to Greece. Moreover, this factory operated as a shoe faculty for the broader area, helping many of local shoe makers to expand their knowledge and create their own shoe start ups. The name Classico has been synonymous with unrivalled style for over 30 years. Perhaps best known for revolutionizing and luxury fashion. In addition, in 1996 the "chic" line Classico Donna & Classico Uomo was introduced - today Classico flawless style has branched off into a range of collections. An understated sense of chic and excellent craftsmanship are the common threads that bind the Classico World together. Thru these years Classico has collaborated with some of the most well known luxury shoe companies such as Hogan, Tory Burch, Dsquared, Calvin Klein, D&G, Giussepe Zanotti, Casadei, Marc Jacobs, Armani, John Galliano, UGG, Toms, Clarks, Jessica Simpson, Gant, Polo Ralph Lauren, Lacoste and many more from the European and American market.
