Our case management team serves as a liaison between the insured employer, medical provider and claimant to identify and resolve difficult medical treatment plans, workers’ compensation and reimbursement issues. Our company directly assists the insurance industry and self-insured businesses by providing a program that monitors injured employees' medical treatment such as surgery or physical therapy, complex medical testing, durable medical equipment needs and work status. We help coordinate independent medical exams (IME) and provide organized claimant records for each IME exam.
