CLC Foundation, Inc.(“CLCF”) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that is dedicated to improving quality of life for individuals living with persistent disabilities within our community. CLCF is committed to developing innovative programs and providing client-centered services designed to support the greatest needs of those we serve. CLCF has three core programs: CLC Pooled Supplemental Needs Trust -"Personalized Financial Service" A CLC Pooled or Private Supplemental Needs Trust offers financial security and enhanced quality of life for disabled individuals while maintaining their eligibility for important government benefits such as SSI and Medicaid. Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center - “Healing With Horses” Winslow provides services to children and adults with special needs through the use of the horse in therapy and education. Winslow offers weekly therapeutic horseback riding lessons as well as a number of other programs which incorporate therapeutic riding. Hidden Treasures - “Fostering Creativity Through Studio and Performing Arts” Hidden Treasures is an educational arts program for the disabled. Students learn to tap into their creativity and self-expression through studio and performing arts.
