Our solution was designed after many years of practical experience gained from running a contract cleaning business. It is structured to enable contract cleaning companies to efficiently grow and manage their business, on a site-by-site basis. Installed in over 150 companies, ranging in size from 50 staff, to staff. Extensive functionality covers site & staff management; work scheduling; payroll; invoicing; time and materials management; quality control; complaints; risk assessments and comprehensive reporting. CleanLink includes an HMRC approved Payroll module. Invoicing and Payroll modules interface with popular timesheet and accounting systems. CleanLink’s Mobile App was first released in 2007 for Windows mobile devices. It has been available for Apple’s iOS (iPads and iPhones) since 2009 and for Android devices since 2012. The CleanLink Portal is a SaaS developed to meet our clients needs in providing a white-labelled, hosted online repository for secure file storage and access. Launched in 2013, it now has over documents that are regularly accessed by over 34,500 users 24/7. Launched in March 2015, CleanLink Site Master is our latest SaaS product. Aimed at smaller companies that work on many client sites, the cloud-based software enables users to quickly set up new clients and sites and create regular or one-off jobs. There powerful functionality for designing forms that enable data capture on site, coupled with a report generator to readily share the data.
