Clear Edge Capital (CEC) is a Malaysian-based investment holding company with business portfolio in four focus areas: private equity, venture capital, property, and agro tech. We are an active participant in the regional private equity and venture capital markets since 2018, where we routinely work closely with various parties in cross-border opportunities to source, evaluate, and invest in worthy investment opportunities that suit our investment philosophy. We make control investments in strategically viable, middle market, across selected industries.With the aim of maximizing return on investment, we consistently review our investment strategy through partnership/JV, mergers, acquisitions, or through organic growth. We operate from our KL HQ and a branch office in Kota Kinabalu.
