CLEAR LIGHT RETREATS, llc. is a dynamic and pragmatic program for people suffering with food and eating addiction, compulsive overeating and dieting, bulimia and co-occurring substance abuse. At a Clear Light Retreat, participant's days are filled with awareness classes, meditations, group counseling, gentle exercise and personal time for their inner work. All of their meals are prepared and served by professional chefs. Our goal is that the demoralizing compulsive/impulsive eating pattern will change to a balanced, manageable and confidence enhancing pattern. Our small, week long retreats offer the opportunity to immerse yourself in a beautiful & therapeutically structured setting. There is hope.
