Clear Motivations

Clear Motivations (CM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities across Orange County. Since 2013, we have provided hands-on vocational training that connects participants directly to meaningful employment opportunities, while fostering independence and self-confidence. Our programs are designed with a person-centered approach—tailoring services to each individual’s strengths, needs, and aspirations. By equipping participants with practical work habits, real-world skills, and ongoing support, we help them thrive personally and professionally, while making a meaningful impact in their communities.
