We have a professional realestate management company/brokerage. We buy, sell, and lease residential & commercial properties in north eastern Ohio. Our officers been principles in over 50 realestate transactions in the last 5 years. They use their knowledge & experience to help you evaluate, negotiate, purchase, renovate/reposition and lease/sell real estate for a profit. We have been in business since 2003 and incorporated in 2005. Sales & management are through our sister company Union Station Agency, Inc. Management will be transfered to "Clear Sky Realty" upon approval & formation of the company.(Currently meeting multiple requirements required by state with an expected completion of June 2010.)
