We grew weary of saying no to clients when we really wanted to say yes. We wanted to offer a consultative executive search service at contingency prices. We wanted to maximise the underrated potential of research and the methodologies that underpins all recruitment processes. Therefore, we do not have a prescriptive approach or a set price.
