Clearfork Midstream is a growth-oriented midstream company that was recently formed to provide midstream solutions for oil and gas producers in both conventional and unconventional resource plays across North America. Clearfork was established in 2020 with the vision of building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers by offering reliable midstream services with a collaborative approach in order to maximize the value of customers’ production. Clearfork is currently evaluating and pursuing opportunities to acquire, develop and operate critical midstream infrastructure, including natural gas gathering and processing systems that have connections, or potential connections, to multiple transportation, storage and export takeaway options and are located in proximity to leading demand centers. Clearfork is also seeking to develop a long-term relationship with a value-added financial sponsor to pursue a portfolio of resilient midstream infrastructure opportunities.
