Clearplan Modeling

ClearPlan is a BIM consulting service that helps architects and contractors in the custom home building industry to better understand how their projects go together. We analyze a project's plans and documentation, creating a "pre-construction" model of it. This model focuses on the structural, MEPS and civil aspects of the project at a very high LOD (Level of Detail); everything behind the finishes. This allows us to find error, omissions and clashes within the documentation that normally are found during the course of construction. This results in significant savings in both money and time during construction of the project.
