Clearspring Capital Partners is a leading Canadian mid-market private equity firm that invests in and acquires medium-sized companies through buyouts, growth and acquisition financings, going private transactions, industry consolidations, restructurings, recapitalizations and other types of transactions. Clearspring Capital Partners has been in the private-equity business since 2002. In that time we have closed three funds, which raised nearly $600 million.
