What We Do: Cleary Energy performs utility bill audits for long-term healthcare facilities. We examine utility, supplier, and government charges on utility bills to obtain refunds and/or credits and rate reductions. The Cleary Energy Difference: Many states allow recoupment of utilities overcharges reaching back 3 or 4 years; our program guarantees savings, or the audit is FREE. All retroactive credits and/or refunds and ongoing cost savings go directly to the facility. Cleary Energy fees are based on actual savings, refunds, and credits. Using our proprietary software to audit utility bills, Cleary Energy has recouped on average 4%-8% customer savings. Our partnership with AHCA/NCAL and our AHCA/NCAL Members Only program assures that each member gets the same purchasing power as the largest multi-facility company.
