Click Nottingham brings people together. Our mission is to reduce loneliness and social isolation among vulnerable people in the city and to help improve the mental and physical health and well-being of our members. We connect people and help them to find social and health-promoting activities and involve them in their local community. We understand how important friendships and social connections are to our health and wellbeing, and so a large part of our focus is on supporting people to re-connect with their local community and do more of what makes them happy. A growing body of evidence shows the damage that loneliness and isolation can have on people's mental and physical health. Click provides an alternative by working with individuals to remove the barriers they experience in participating in the life of the community. We assist people to access suitable transport options and provide support for the individuals experiencing anxiety or a lack of confidence.
