Clicking Capital Corp. was established by Mr. Robert Wilson in January with the goal of offering financial and strategic advisory services to entrepreneurs, emerging-growth and middle-market companies. Mr. Wilson has worked for more than thirty years in financial and strategic advisory services, acquiring financial and operational, transactional experience across multiple industry verticals in North America, Asia and Europe. Clicking Capital was founded to provide a wide range of professional services to both private and public company clients. For more than fifteen years, these services have included: mergers and acquisitions; corporate restructurings, recapitalizations and divestitures; financial valuations; competitive analysis, business development and corporate strategy; as well as private equity and debt investment. Given his considerable international advisory experience, Mr. Wilson has spent the past two decades working on immensely challenging corporate restructurings in North America, the EMEA, Caribbean Basin and Central America.
