Client Focused Counseling

My psychotherapy practice provides counseling and marriage & family therapy to the NW Arkansas region. My therapeutic approach is a blend of Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, Interpersonal Processes, and Affirmation. We construct our identity from themes drawn from our early relationships and perceptions of these relationships, both conscious and unconscious, influence our present mood and relationships. I hope to uncover unhealthy perceptions and assist the client in finding and creating healthy themes and narratives to enhance their lives and relationships. I accept persons where they are and walk with them on a therapeutic journey to where they long to be.
