It supports access to personnel or expertise needed to build or supplement the capacity of countries and territories to plan, access, deliver, and report on climate action. Funded through the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the programme operates in 15 Pacific countries and territories and is responsive to the unique needs and priorities of these countries.
