Climate Tech Finance is a first-of-its-kind partnership designed to accelerate the development and adoption of technologies that reduce greenhouse gases in California. Established in 2018, Climate Tech Finance is a program of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District operating in partnership with the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (IBank). The Climate Tech Finance program was designed to empower emerging technologies that tackle climate change and create a sustainable future. The program not only offers financial support to promising ventures, but also fosters a thriving ecosystem for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and growth in the climate tech sector.
