Clive Kennedy Homes is a family run building business who have been designing and building homes on the Central Coast since 1980. We take pride in what we build and the personal service we provide. When you deal with our company you are always dealing with a Kennedy. Clive is the Builder & Site Supervisor, Donna is the Office Manager & Contracts Administrator & our son Jake is our 2nd year Carpentry Apprentice. Being a building firm, we will build on sloping sites, irregular shaped blocks, battle-axes, waterfronts, flood prone areas, and bearers and joists construction. This aspect differs from many of our competitors. Your plans or ours, we can build to your preferred level of finish.
