Clop services came into existence with the motive of helping the patients and their family in clearing their outpatient insurance bills. Our services are provided in two entities, the OPD treatment and the other is the PRE and POST hospitalization expenses. Initially the services started from Century Super Speciality Hospital on 18th october 2020. Our firm is in the process of successful claims for patients to clear their outpatient bills. We provide you with our cashless outpatient services on a technology enabled platform. Currently people can avail this service in Century Super Speciality Hospital but soon the Clop services will be available in twenty cities. The firm started with one person at the start and now we have three clop coordinators, one team leader and one contract executive. Up till now we have served 12 OPD patients and 55 Pre and Post patients. Apart from this we have also served 200 plus covid positive patients within three months of time spam. The acceptance rate for using our services is 80% to 85%. Wherein we have a total number of 380 patients and are still counting. In this 14% would be OPD and the rest 86% would be pre and post. People who have availed the offers of our services said that the process was smooth. Everything and every detail was looked into. They did not have to wait for a longer time, the experience was amazing and wonderful. The most important thing they said was they did not have to miss the time of being with their family.
