Clopton Bridge Consulting provides specialist IT and BPO outsourcing commercial and contract management services with a focus on achieving measurable benefits (improved cash flows or increased profits). Assignments would typically include re-shaping and re-negotiating contracts that are failing to meet expectations (including dispute resolution where necessary) – either on behalf of the Supplier or the Customer. The outcomes could range from a simple re-set of the contract right through to a termination and exit, with the Services being transferred either back in-house or to an alternative supplier. In the event of a continuation, Service Management and Vendor Management activities may need to be changed in order to prevent future underperformance. The principal consultant has successfully managed a range of outsourcing contracts – ITO and BPO – from both the Supplier and the Customer perspective. The range of individual contract TCVs (Total Contract Values) managed goes up to £1.8bn (> £250m annually). Separately, a portfolio of contracts totalling £450m annually has been managed. Many of these contracts have been between Tier1 Suppliers and FTSE100 or European equivalent Customers.
