Closha Associates was established by Nikki Pasek MBE, an experienced local government leader who has a passion for delivering quality services. Nikki has worked in senior leadership positions and understands how difficult it can be for leaders to deliver if they are not surrounded by a team with the skill set you need to get work developed and completed. Nikki has bought together a team of consultants that have held senior positions within local government or charities so have a strong public sector ethos in terms of accountability, integrity, community responsibility and customer service.
