Cloud-Busting, was founded by Mel Archbould in 2022. We are a scale-up strategy consultancy. We work with busy SME business leaders who are scaling-up their company but have little time to work ON their business. In her former MD role for over 17 years, Mel, experienced how the clouds would form over her business, especially when they were scaling quickly.
