We build AI-driven digital workplace platforms that unify enterprise systems, automate work, and give employees real agency through intelligent multi-agent orchestration. At the core of our offering is Agent Basecamp — a secure orchestration layer where specialised AI agents coordinate work across Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise platforms. Agent Basecamp acts as a central control point for digital work, allowing agents to reason, collaborate, and execute tasks on behalf of employees—eliminating context switching and manual effort. Rather than introducing yet another tool, our approach focuses on deep integration and automation of the systems organisations already own. By orchestrating AI agents across existing platforms, we improve employee experience while delivering measurable reductions in digital licensing and operational overhead. GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) engaged us to support the global demerger and spin-out of their consumer healthcare business, Haleon. We initially led the Microsoft 365 separation and migration, and then partnered with Haleon’s internal teams to modernise and streamline their digital workplace using automation and intelligent orchestration. The result was a more integrated, AI-enabled environment—delivering over £1 million per year in licensing savings, while providing a better digital workplace experience than before the demerger. Today, through Agent Basecamp, we help organisations move beyond point automations and isolated copilots towards orchestrated AI systems that actively work on behalf of employees—connecting platforms, executing tasks, and continuously improving how work gets done.
