Hi, I'm Kristina, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. I specialise in supporting people who are tired of the struggles of midlife to get their sparkle back. With the right approach, midlife does not have to mean battling with fatigue, bloating, brain fog, achy joints and weight gain. I help you to navigate this stage of your life without sacrificing what you want even if you feel you have tried everything so far. My mission is to coach my clients, just like you, to feel confident and vibrant in midlife. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix or standard blueprint but the right programme with diet and lifestyle modifications tailored to you will give results. Using a whole-body approach, we collaborate to develop simple, positive, and achievable changes to get you feeling in harmony with your body and mind.
