Cloudhabil builds the foundational infrastructure for the next generation of autonomous computing. As the architect behind the AGI-Server repository, our mission is to deliver sovereign, secure, and self-evolving AI systems that let organizations harness advanced autonomy while retaining full control of data and intellectual property. Our flagship platform, ASI-OS (Autonomous Artificial Superintelligence Operating System), is an on-prem AI operating system designed for decentralization and data sovereignty. It combines a dual architecture for resilience: the Sovereign-Loop runtime kernel for real-time execution, plus an offline cognitive environment for skill synthesis and improvement without destabilizing production. ASI-OS is engineered as a modular, enterprise-ready codebase: a core kernel (switchboard, hierarchical memory, Safety Governor), multi-agent swarms for complex problem solving, and a Skill Registry that integrates proprietary capabilities as modular skills the system can register and use. Operations are managed through a unified CLI, enabling rapid local deployments, governed learning sessions, and operational transparency through clear documentation. Safety is foundational, not optional. ASI-OS enforces policy guardrails via the Safety Governor, keeps critical actions under human authority through HITL gates, and records autonomous actions in an immutable ledger for auditability and compliance support, including EU AI Act oriented governance. Built on Python 3.11+ with modern interfaces in Vue/TypeScript, released under Apache-2.0. Cloudhabil helps teams move from AI experiments to production-grade, locally hosted autonomy with clarity, accountability, and owned mind sovereignty.
