Working with the internal team, CloudNow develops infographics and presentations for use in achieving buy-in from executive and board level management. Unlike many providers in this space, CloudNow provides ongoing post-sales support during implementation and afterward to ensure both the project and adoption phases are successful. Post implementation, CloudNow remains engaged as an escalation point to assist our client with any issues that arise.
