Program Management Services and Expertise for Construction Projects and to Business Owners as Clients Rep. My objective and passion in setting up Cluain is to Partner with Project and Construction Management Companies in Ireland to foster and advance their Project Leadership and Management skills and capabilities. The current focus is to Project & Site teams and Company & Organisation wide. For Project and Site teams this includes facilitating, coaching and mentoring on personal accountability and individual leadership, on Business Confrontation and on Project Planning & Integration. For Companies and Organisations this includes exploring the opportunities and challenges that high performance business cultures from non related industries present, with an associated adaptation and deployment plan of such cultures including behaviours, practices, systems and tools. Included in this are Lean, Quality and Program planning & Integration.
