Our story: We started 13 years ago as Essencialmente – Escola de Negócios, which added Clube RH. Clube RH was created as a forum for digital communication between the HR ecosystem and led by the professional HR/Business Partner, Vivian Miranda, for 23 years. We form a diverse group of Management and Human Resources professionals. Specialists in Organizational Human Development, Management, and Processes. We have a partnership of great professionals with solid expertise in administration, pedagogy, psychology, accounting, organizational communication, and marketing, among others. Finally, a team prepared to provide strategic solutions and extraordinary results! Reason for Being: Provide humanized and strategic solutions for Management and People.
