CM Profiling was founded in 2017. Caroline Matteucci, the founder and CEO, is a recognized expert in profiling, trained by two eminent FBI professors specialized in the research of the link between visual and audio signals and between emotions and non-verbal language. The team comprises a CTO and a renowned Data Protection Officer. CM Profiling is surrounded by a strong ecosystem of research partners (Idiap in Martigny and HEIA-FR) and a high profiles Advisory Board to achieve its vision:"A world where everyone can be authentic, feel safe, and have access to its full potential" CM Profiling originally offers its expertise to HR (recruitment, conflict management) and personal coaching (behavioral analysis, leadership training), providing training in various fields ranging from human resources to the police.
