With over 10 years’ joint experience in the data recruitment industry, we realised recruitment was becoming too detached and automated while prices were rising quarterly, recruitment was losing the aspects that made us passionate about our jobs. With these problems becoming prevalent we decided to leave the nest and start CNDP Recruitment. The aim of this was to maintain low prices (and they are low!) while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates alike, bringing back the personal touch that makes recruitment so effective. While we thoroughly enjoy being our own bosses, we still get as excited as we at the beginning of our careers when we see our candidates prosper and find their perfect jobs, matching them with clients and creating that perfect match without the 20% fee.
