At Co-Active Life Design, we empower individuals and healthcare professionals to make mental fitness and well-being a fundamental part of their daily practice. Through personalised coaching, professional development, and a trauma-sensitive approach, we provide tools and strategies for managing stress, enhancing emotional well-being, and cultivating psychological flexibility. With the introduction of our Wellness Wings program, our mission is to ensure the psychological flexibility of essential workers. We are, therefore, proud to offer RACGP-approved training focused on mental fitness. Wellness Wings equips all primary healthcare professionals, including GPs, nurses, and junior doctors, with the skills to prioritise their own mental health, support their patients, and create a positive ripple effect of positive impact in their communities.
