Co Effect

CO!effect trains organizations, professionals and special interest groups to get more grip on communications. Specifically aimed at 'people who help people', and based on the latest insights from the field of interpersonal neurobiology and the Polyvagal Theory of Dr. Stephen Porges. We use an interdisciplinary approach and combine these insights with those from the fields of embodiment, emotional intelligence, attachment theory, conversational intelligence and many others. This makes our training philosophy different: we don't believe that the mind itself can solve everything. Neurobiology has shown us that body motion has a strong unconscious effect on the brain and on our communications and on the understanding of others. We apply this knowledge in the development of physical practices that can help to learn and make changes in our habits that the mind 'on its own' is not able to do.
