Creating Mainstream Employment Opportunities for Young Adults with Disabilities Co-Hive is a Sydney-based organisation empowering young adults aged 17 to 35 with disability, neurodiversity, and low-support needs to achieve award-wage open employment, build independence and advocacy, and develop social connections. We bridge the gap between school and adulthood by offering person-centred programs that build skills, confidence, independence, and meaningful social connections. From creative projects to real-world job experiences, we help our participants gain the tools they need to take control of their futures. Our programs are grounded in Self-Determination Theory—focusing on competence, autonomy, and connection. Whether it’s preparing for open employment, travelling independently, or simply building friendships, Co-Hive supports every step of the journey.
